VALENTINE'S DAY 2025 INFORMATION
Valentine's Day preparations are in full swing here at Victoria's Garden! We are working hard to bring you unique design options that show off ALL the colors of your love.

We are requesting that all designs ordered between February 5th through February 14th are selected from the designs you see in our signature Valentine's Collection, as we are unable to accommodate custom orders during that time frame.
​
Ordering early is greatly encouraged, as these designs are limited to available stock and deliveries will be capped once fully booked.
Though we will be receiving fresh flowers daily, due to the high-volume nature of the holiday, the farms that supply us are not able to guarantee that we receive the specific colors or varieties that are requested. What we are able to guarantee is that your loved ones will be receiving the highest-quality and freshest florals we have to offer, created with a ton of love and our signature Flower Goddess touch.

FREQUENTLY ASKED VALENTINE'S QUESTIONS
Where do you deliver? How much does it cost?
Victoria's Garden makes deliveries to Rapid City, Black Hawk, Ellsworth Air Force Base (EAFB), Piedmont, New Underwood, Box Elder, Hermosa, Summerset, & Black Hills National Cemetery.
These areas include Rapid City Regional Hospital, Monument Health Rapid City Hospital, Black Hills Surgical Hospital, Same Day Surgery Center, Kirk Funeral Home, Behrens Wilson Funeral Home, Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home, and more.
In-town delivery may range between $11.95 - $14.95. Prices for outlying areas vary by distance and may not be available for same-day service (though it doesn't hurt to ask!).
What information will I need to make a delivery order?
To place an order for delivery, we will need the recipient's name, business name (if applicable), their home or work address, and a valid phone number. We will also need your name and phone number, in case we need to contact you regarding your delivery. If you have any additional information, such as the times they work/will be home, physical limitations, special instructions, etc., we will be happy to take note of it to ensure a quality experience for both you and the lucky recipient!
You are responsible for providing all necessary information correctly, to the best of your knowledge. We understand people move, change jobs, and change numbers. We will do everything we can to contact you if we discover that there has been a mistake with any information.

We require a valid phone number for ALL deliveries.
We will call prior to making a home delivery to confirm that someone will be home to receive your gift so that residents can expect a visitor at their door!
What happens if a recipient chooses to pick up his/her flower delivery at Victoria's Garden rather than having it delivered?
Occasionally a recipient will choose to pick up a floral gift rather than having it delivered. This typically happens when the receiver of the delivery simply isn't going to be at home on the requested delivery time or day. Since we call all home deliveries prior to leaving the shop, some recipients ask if they can pick up their gift because it's more convenient for them. Our policy is to notify the sender of this change, but during high volume holidays (Valentine's Week, Mother's Day Week, etc) we will automatically add flowers/product to the recipient's gift equaling the value of delivery service paid. Example: Our basic delivery service is $11.95. If a recipient chooses to pick up her gift during our Valentine's Week, we will add $11.95 worth of flowers to her gift! Bonus!
